Why choose Evolve Endurance?

At Evolve Endurance my online training service is client focused, individually tailored and developed with your needs in mind. All the coaching decisions are based around the individual and are supported by expert instruction and personal support.

When training for an event, accountability and feedback which is personalised to you, is key to progress and success. My professionally structured training plans will help you every step of the way to achieve your goal.

Whether you are a working professional looking to improve fitness performance, a busy mum with family commitments or an athlete returning to fitness after injury, I will devise a plan that suits your specific circumstances and fits around your life.

Throughout your programme you will receive access to videos instructing you on mobility exercises, strength training exercises and one to one support via email or WhatsApp. I will draw on all aspects of my training, including my experience as a pilates instructor but also my experience as a fitness instructor of 10+ years.

If you want to use running or triathlon as a method to lower body fat, increase cardiovascular fitness or to create a healthier lifestyle, our online service can cater to these needs in a more personalised setting.

HOW IT WORKS

The first step is to get in contact and book your initial consultation call. This gives me an opportunity to find out a little more about you and your goals and to see if Evolve is the right fit for you.

I will then send you the welcome pack including a detailed questionnaire. Once you have filled this, I will have a more in depth understanding about your training history (if any), your work and lifestyle, strengths and weaknesses and most importantly what you want to achieve.

I will then start planning out your training schedule which will be specifically designed for you to achieve your ultimate triathlon or running goals through the Training Peaks app. Using the Training Peaks app, I can view your training session and I will then provide feedback and communicate with you, always reassessing your plan and making adjustments as needed.

I will set out in your training plan your weekly sessions including your runs, cycles and swims. I will also give you access to a wealth of online resources such as training videos which will allow you to do strength and mobility exercises which compliment your training regime.

WHAT IS TRAINING PEAKS

Training Peaks is a platform that helps you track, analyse, plan and log your training. It gives your coach a wealth of tools to monitor your fitness goals. When you’re finished your scheduled training session, whether that’s a swim run or cycle it will be easily viewed by your coach.

Training peaks is unique, as it makes it so easy for your coach to see how you are progressing and get instant feedback from you on how you are feeling post training. It also gives me detailed metrics through the user friendly platform.

Your Training Peaks account, which will be sent to you in your welcome pack can be synched to your fitness device or smart watch e.g. Apple Watch, Garmin, Polar , Suunto just to name a few. This app provides accountability and feedback on your run, cycle or swim and I will be able to view your distance, speed and heart rate, therefore allowing me to make any necessary adjustments to the plan.

Strength and Mobility Videos

All videos are done by your coach Paudie and sent to your account. These videos will help your body to be prepared for the demands of your sport and will help you make some big strides in your performance as well as aiding with injury prevention. Our strength and mobility videos include body weight exercises, free weights and I also incorporate pilates exercises that will target all the right muscle groups to make you more powerful, stronger and leaner while helping you swim cycle and run pain free. Our exercises can be done in the gym or in the comfort of your own home.
