Individual structured training programmes for your goals and needs, including strength sessions, weekly feedback, advice on nutrition and hydration and help with recovery.
You will receive a weekly training plan
You will receive a link to the training videos with instruction on the specific exercises that pertain to you individually and also advice on number of sets and repetitions to be performed.
I will be getting your feedback weekly via whatsapp or email on your runs, cycles and swims and we can discuss the exercises also at this point. Equally if you have any concerns, just ask – You can also film certain exercises which I can identify errors in technique and programme regressions etc and accordingly this will allow you to train with confidence
Everyone is so different and this really depends on multiple factors. During your consultation call we will decide together if your goal is realistic depending on training history, how much time you have and your current fitness level
This very much depends on whether you are going to do the strength training exercises at home or in the gym. If training at home you will need dumbbells or kettlebells and an exercise mat. But we can work with very little equipment and tailor the exercises if needs be.
